Description
In certain industries such as education, retail, and food service, there are often situations when a person needs to take time off. Many companies make employees rummage through complicated staffing documents (digital or physical) to find other employees to cover their shift(s). This is also an extra burden on managers often trying to be flexible and help employees and maintain appropriate staffing. This project is to design a service that can solve this problem of quickly and efficiently meeting the needs of employees and managers.

As an manager, I want to reject a request and leave a message why.
Coverage
As a manager, I want to see whether all shifts are covered for a particular day.
Notification
As a manager, I want a notification if a shift is uncovered and is within 48hrs of today.
Severity
As a manager, I want to know if the posted request is an emergency and cannot be avoided.
Overtime
As a manager, I cannot let a person cover too many shifts that would cause him/her to get overtime.
Limits
As a manager, I cannot allow someone from a different department or rank (like managers covering for servers at a restaurant) cover a shift.
