Description
The resource kiosk is a standalone device accessible to all members of its community. It allows people to view events and resources in their area. Charities, organizations, and groups can add resources to the kiosk, which would be found in underserved areas. This program is intended as a prototype for the software that would display the information in the kiosk.

Resources Types
Users need to be able to filter events based on resource type. Resource types can include:
Clothing
School supplies
Food drives
Grooming (haircuts, etc)

Health (dental visits, vaccination sites)
Education (free workshops, library events)

Administrators need to be able to log in to authorize their use of the system.
Add Admins
Administrators need to be able to create additional administrators.
Edit Admins
Administrators need to be able to edit their own information including organization, location, name, contact information, etc.

Administrators need to be able to add, view, edit and delete their current events and resources in the program. Events and resources include:
name
date, time, and duration
date to be posted and removed
an image
a description
location(s)
resource type ( may have multiple resource types)
etc
Update Resource Types
Administrators need to be able to create and edit resource types
Spoken
Users should have the option to have the information spoken out loud to them, as opposed to having to read it
Languages
Users should have a choice of language(English, Spanish, etc.), (spoken and written)
Usage
Administrators should be able to see how often event information has been accessed over the past day, week, or month
Zip Distance
Make use of an external API to calculate the distance between zip codes to offer the closest resources first.
